TRAFTON -- Susan C. 62, of Centerville, Teacher, Educational Leader, Principal of Trinity Christian Academy, died Sunday May 2, 2004, at Cape Cod Hospital.She leaves two daughters, Olivia and Alexandra, two brothers, Paul and David, reside in Illinois. Also survived by two nieces and two nephews. Susan was former Chair of the English Department at Barnstable High School and helped launch Sturgis Charter School, serving as its first Director. She was Principal of Trinity Christian Academy at the time of her death.Susan was a long-time member of the First Baptist Church of Hyannis and deeply involved in its ministries. Among other roles, she has served as Church Moderator, chaired the Deacon Board and taught Adult Sunday School classes. Visitation is Thursday, May 6, 2004, from 3-5 PM and 7-9 PM at Doane Beal & Ames Funeral Home, 160 West Main Street, Hyannis, MA. A Memorial Service is being held at the First Baptist Church of Hyannis at 3:30 PM on Friday, May 7th. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name may be made to the Olivia and Alexandra Frazier Trust Fund and mailed to 134 Wequaquet Lane, Centerville, MA 02632.
