TAUNTON Lincoln S. Tripp, 80, of Westport, died Friday, February 3, 2012, at Morton Hospital, Taunton. Born in New Bedford, son of the late Leslie J. and Evelyn G. (Lambert) Tripp, he was a lifelong resident of Westport. Prior to retirement, he was a teacher in the Fairhaven School System (FHS Class of '76's 6th Grade teacher). Mr. Tripp was the former president and director of the Westport Historical Society and had been a member of various post card clubs. Survivors include 2 sisters: Gaile L. Fletcher of Westport and Karen G. Gavel of N. Grafton, MA; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Monday, February 6, 2012, at POTTER FUNERAL HOME, 81 Reed Rd., Westport at 12:30 P.M. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service 11:30 -12:30. Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Westport Historical Society, P.O.
