Stephanie Silva

Stephanie Silvia resides in California where she is a seasoned housing professional and is responsible for regulatory and fair housing compliance in the field. Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in both conventional and affordable housing, dealing with HUD, CHFA, Public Housing Authorities, the Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) and other regulatory agencies. She is a recognized expert on various Federal and State housing programs occupancy requirements and trains our property supervisors and on-site managers in these areas - as well as fair housing compliance. Stephanie Silvia is a Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) and a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM).
