The Thomas Livesey Memorial Club awarded Frank the clubs' Member of the Year award for 2007. As of January 17, 2008 Frank holds the office of Treasurer for The Thomas Livesey Memorial Club. Prior to this post Frank was on the clubs' Board of Directors. The club sponsores little league baseball teams, recreation center basketball teams, Bay State hockey teams, girls' softball teams, swim teams, men's softball teams and two cheerleading squads and also sponsors and manages the youth football high school feeder program in Fairhaven. In November of 1999, Frank was appointed to the Town of Fairhaven Recreation Commission.
